Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity certificates are included to maintain return eligibility.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the garment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
